8.15 p.m. lecture on the topic “Mentally stable towards the goal“ with mental coach Hannes Mur and extreme athlete Dani Jung > Experiences at the top of the world of extreme mountain runners > Panel discussion following the lecture > Autograph session with Dani Jung (in the meeting room on the first floor at the valley station of the Ratschings-Jaufen cable car)

Sky Trail:
- 06.00 a.m. – 7.30 a.m. Start number distribution

Mountain Trail:
